  1. There is NO SUCH THING as hidden fees and taxes! People, read your paperwork after you make the reservation, and make sure you read the fine print! There is never hidden fees! As long as you actually read your stuff, you will know about it. I can’t tell you how many times I have been yelled at because people think I am overcharging them. Then I take there paperwork and show them where it said they would be charged for certain things! JUST READ EVERYTHING, and there will be less stress!

  3. jacob once you leave your dead end rental job you will regret trying to defend a rip off industry especially with a industry rep as bad as enterprise

  4. I want to speak to whoever is in charge of travel TV. And my god, these are literally some of the worst travel tips I’ve seen. First of all, Enterprise will tell you that you have to bring gas back the same way it coms out to you. Secondly, if you bring it back below the amount it came out with, just tell them you’ll fill it up and they’ll charge u pump price. SEcondly, all of those Airport Fees is out of the hands of rental car agencies. These arn’t hidden fees, rental car companies tell u.

  5. This is a lie! Gas costs the SAME as the pump, if not less. It shows in your contract. Taxes are not done by Enterprise either – all rental car companies deal with this.

  6. Also (this part is the most frustrating to me) NO FEES ARE HIDDEN!!! They are ALL COVERED IN THE CONTRACT YOU SIGN!! Come on… get savvy… get with it!!

  7. yeah. this is rediculous. the taxes are the same for a $14.99 rate as they are for a $44.99 rate. it’s a percentage. it’s not like someone in the back office is signaling to the front counter “this person’s rate is TOO LOW! pile on the taxes!!” impossible and illegal. And yes, the airport does typically have airport fees where – obviously- the local branches do not, but often times the rates are lower at airports. This makes up for the extra fees.
